Flagship Store Manager

Flagship Store Manager – Chelsea

We are seeking a Store Manager to lead our premier store in Chelsea, London.

The ideal candidate will bring:

Experience required:

  • Retail management (including supervision roles)
  • OR 2+ years’ proven retail experience

About the Role

This is a fast-paced, varied, and inspiring environment where every day is different:

  • Engaging with customers, demonstrating products, and sharing expert knowledge
  • Processing stationery deliveries (the highlights)
  • Daily tasks: stock checks, restocking, visual merchandising, and customer service
  • Smaller responsibilities include phone handling, cleaning, and problem-solving

Your Responsibilities

Store Management

  • People leadership: Train, inspire, and manage team members
  • Recruitment & selection
  • Optimise operational processes while adhering to existing systems
  • Monthly staff rostering, holiday management, and absence coordination
  • Drive sales growth and meet targets
  • Attend monthly financial reports and share insights with HQ
  • Oversee POS and Lightspeed systems
  • Maintain immaculate store presentation (interior/ exterior, stockroom)
  • Resolve issues quickly and delegate effectively
  • Ensure stock levels of supplies, stationery, and resources
  • Prep and distribute team documents

Customer Service & Sales

  • Deliver welcoming, expert support to generate sales
  • Promote strong CRM practices for the team
  • Process banking and sales reporting

Inventory

  • Collaborate with buying team for efficient restocking
  • Record new arrivals and manage inventory updates
  • Organise stock checks and oversee delivery processing

Visual Merchandising

  • Follow the creative team’s direction for new displays
  • Refresh and maintain displays (daily to weekly as needed)
  • Lead storefront updates and workshop window installations
