Shape the Visual Identity of One of Our Highest-Profile Stores
Zachary Daniels Recruitment is partnering with a leading fashion and accessories retailer to recruit an experienced Flagship Visual Merchandiser for one of its most important stores in Manchester.
This opportunity is ideal for an established Visual Merchandiser who thrives in large, high-volume retail environments and enjoys the autonomy to make commercial visual decisions that directly influence sales and the customer experience.
If you've worked within flagship stores, department stores, or large-format fashion and accessories retail and love taking ownership of visual presentation, customer journey, and commercial space planning, we'd love to hear from you.
The Role
As the Flagship Visual Merchandiser, you'll take ownership of the visual presentation across a large, high-profile store. Working across multiple fashion and accessories categories, you'll create inspiring customer journeys while ensuring every area of the store delivers both exceptional brand standards and commercial success.
This isn't simply about executing visual guidelines—you'll have the freedom to interpret the brand for your local customer, react to trading performance, and influence how the store looks and feels every day.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
