**What We’re Looking For

At Babcock, we’re working to create a safe and secure world, together. We’re seeking a Fleet Administration Coordinator to join our Land business, supporting MSC operations and ensuring fleet assets remain compliant, tracked, and operational.

This is a fast-paced, coordination-focused role that keeps critical fleet operations running smoothly. You’ll work across stations, suppliers, and internal teams to align vehicles and equipment with the annual maintenance plan, ensuring they stay safe, legal, and ready for use.

Key Responsibilities

As the Fleet Administration Coordinator, your day-to-day will include:

  • Coordinate servicing events, inspections, and fleet operations in line with the annual maintenance plan
  • Maintain accurate records of assets, mileage, and compliance within fleet systems
  • Monitor priority assets while managing defects and supporting resolutions with key stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance documentation is up-to-date, complete, and audit-ready
  • Liaise with stations, suppliers, and internal teams to streamline fleet operations

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
