**What We’re Looking For
At Babcock, we’re working to create a safe and secure world, together. We’re seeking a Fleet Administration Coordinator to join our Land business, supporting MSC operations and ensuring fleet assets remain compliant, tracked, and operational.
This is a fast-paced, coordination-focused role that keeps critical fleet operations running smoothly. You’ll work across stations, suppliers, and internal teams to align vehicles and equipment with the annual maintenance plan, ensuring they stay safe, legal, and ready for use.
Key Responsibilities
As the Fleet Administration Coordinator, your day-to-day will include:
- Coordinate servicing events, inspections, and fleet operations in line with the annual maintenance plan
- Maintain accurate records of assets, mileage, and compliance within fleet systems
- Monitor priority assets while managing defects and supporting resolutions with key stakeholders
- Ensure compliance documentation is up-to-date, complete, and audit-ready
- Liaise with stations, suppliers, and internal teams to streamline fleet operations

The role operates 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (07:00–16:00) onsite in Ruislip.
Essential Experience & Skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and confidence in maintaining accurate administrative records
- Comfort working with systems, databases, and Microsoft Office applications
- Proactive, collaborative approach to solving problem and coordinating operations
Qualifications & Requirements
