Fleet Administrator - Automotive Leasing

Administration Executive

Location: High Wycombe Salary: £26,000–£28,000 basic + hybrid working

The business is a long-established, family-run, and fast-growing vehicle leasing broker with over 30 years of industry experience. They pride themselves on supporting customers nationwide with competitive leasing solutions across Retail, Fleet, and Salary Sacrifice—and are expanding their brilliant Administration team.

The Role

As an Administration Executive, you’ll play a key part in supporting the sales teams and growing customer base. You’ll guide customers through the entire vehicle order and contract lifecycle—from initial order processing to delivery, in-life contract management, and end-of-contract activities.

You’ll work closely with customers, dealers, funders, and third-party partners, ensuring every step is handled with accuracy, professionalism, but with a personal touch.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Processing customer vehicle orders and finance agreements accurately using internal systems and funder platforms
  • Coordinating vehicle deliveries, managing timelines, and ensuring a smooth handover experience
  • Handling post-delivery admin, including collecting and submitting required documentation
  • Supporting customers throughout their contract with amendments, mileage changes, early terminations, and vehicle collections
  • Delivering exceptional customer service across phone, email, and system-based communication
  • Building strong relationships with dealers, funders, and partners to keep everything running efficiently
  • Maintaining accurate customer and contract records, ensuring compliance and audit readiness
