JLR Divisional Fleet based in Bolton
Are you organised, detail-focused, and looking for a role where your skills make a real difference? We’re excited to welcome a Fleet Administrator to our friendly team at Vertu JLR Divisional Fleet team based at Land Rover Bolton.
Salary: £28,090
Hours: 42.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday – no weekends
Role Overview
As a Fleet Administrator, you will provide excellent customer service and administrative support throughout the vehicle ordering and delivery process. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing vehicle orders from manufacturers through to delivery.
- Coordinating bookings, payments, and delivery documentation.
- Completing invoicing, vehicle taxing, and maintaining accurate records.
- Updating spreadsheets and managing data using Excel.
- Communicating with customers, suppliers, and internal teams via email and telephone.
- Supporting internal departments to ensure vehicles are prepared and delivered on time.

- Previous experience in an administrative role is essential.
- Strong IT, PC, and numerical skills.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach.
