About the Role
Location: On-Site (5 days per week) Business: Trane Technologies (including Trane® and Thermo King)
Employment Type: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Support: Assist with all depot administration, including work order processing, purchase orders (P.O.s), invoice validation, and queries.
- Customer & Team Assistance
- Support colleagues professionally on a daily basis.
- Respond to customer queries with excellent service.
- Liaise with and assist the Depot Manager on tasks.
- Financial & Order Management
- Process and validate work orders with accuracy.
- Raise purchase orders (P.O.s) for parts and track inventory receipt.
- Ensure stock management is up to date.
- Authorise and process invoice payments.
- Monitor daily invoicing/WIP targets and job cards.
- Manage APM (Adjournment Package Management) support.
- Warranty Handling: Address and resolve warranty queries.
- ERP System Maintenance: Manage updates in the in-house ERP system.
- Communication: Provide strong written and verbal communication with internal/external contacts.

Key Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum GCSE or equivalent: Grade C or above (maths & English essential).
- Previous administrative experience (essential).
- Processing Work Orders/Invoices experience (industrial or mechanical preference, but not essential).
- Basic mechanical knowledge (desirable but not mandatory).
- Experience with database management or ERP systems (R2C) (desirable).
- Strong IT skills: Microsoft Office/Excel proficiency.
