Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 yrs of experience as front of house managerial/operational experience in a 4 / 5 * luxury hotel, cruise line or hospitality industry related field preferred.
  • Ability to travel extensively throughout the fleet and to self-manage workload and productivity levels to ensure maximum output through remote supervision.
  • Ability to conduct training sessions at all levels including one on ones and large groups.
  • Flexibility to manage, focus, direct and encourage a positive, dynamic, diverse housekeeping operation by navigating through a changing work environment.
  • Excellent fluent English (verbal and written). This also includes giving and receiving instructions in verbal and written forms and effectively and efficiently engaging with guests and crew members.
