Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily, weekly and monthly reporting: orders, registrations, stock, forecast.
  • Industry reporting: SMMT and Insight.
  • Quarterly and Campaign pricing
  • Operations and communication coordination for both customers and Dealers
  • Inbound call and email management.
  • Event, marketing and ‘Point of Sale’ (PoS) planning
  • Demonstrator fleet management
  • CRM and discount term responsibility
  • End-user terms creation
  • Fleet communications and social media
  • Motability service and support
  • Assisting other business functions, such as Retail sales teams, as and when required

Requirements:

  • At least two years’ experience within the automotive and/or leasing industry is desirable.
  • Experience in Fleet Administration and working with customers.
  • A proficient level of numeracy and literacy with good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong IT skills and is competent in using Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Excel.
  • Be a motivated and well-organised individual, with the ability to work independently with support from your Line Manager.
  • The ability to work well within a team and to support and challenge colleagues appropriately.
