The Fleet Coordinator is responsible for the end-to-end coordination, tracking, and compliance of Vestas' fleet across GB and Ireland. This includes full ownership of fleet data, supplier coordination, and life-cycle management of vehicles, ensuring alignment with business needs, regulatory requirements, and company targets such as fleet electrification.
Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Own the complete fleet vehicle lifecycle, managing vehicle requests, ordering, leasing, allocation, renewals, contract completion, and off-boarding activities to meet business needs
- Ensure all fleet vehicles remain compliant with legal, regulatory, and company standards by managing servicing, inspections, documentation, safety requirements, and audit activities
- Manage relationships with fleet suppliers, leasing providers, insurers, and service partners while acting as the primary contact for internal fleet-related enquiries and communications
- Maintain accurate fleet data and systems, producing reports on utilisation, electrification progress, costs, incidents, and compliance performance to identify risks and improvement opportunities
- Track fleet expenditure against budget, support forecasting, and manage financial processes including investment requests, purchase orders, and vendor payments
- Lead the development, standardisation, and continuous improvement of fleet processes, governance frameworks, and workflows to increase efficiency and consistency
- Drive fleet optimisation and electrification initiatives while providing administrative support across fleet operations and associated financial activities as required
Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel essential); SAP or similar systems desirable
- Working knowledge of fleet compliance and relevant legislation

Competencies
We expect that you:
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Proven experience in stakeholder and supplier management
- High attention to detail with ownership of data accuracy and reporting
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data clearly
- Ability to work independently and establish structured processes
