Fleet Delivery Specialist
Salary: Competitive & Annual Company Bonus
Location: Warwick – Hybrid working (60% office-based)
Travel: Occasional UK travel to customers, suppliers, and dealers
About the Role
At Renault Trucks UK, we pioneer commercial vehicle innovation and reliability, delivering award-winning E-Tech electric trucks that set new standards in sustainable transport. As a Fleet Delivery Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless, on-time delivery of vehicles to our fleet customers—driving relationship-building, problem-solving, and operational efficiency to create an outstanding customer experience.

What You Bring

Your Team & Work Dynamics
You’ll work within the Sales Order Processing team—a small, supportive group where mentorship and growth are prioritised. The team comprises:
- Two Fleet Delivery Specialists
- Two Dealer & Fleet Sales Support Specialists
- SOP Logistics & Inventory Manager
Additionally, you’ll collaborate across departments, including:
- Sales Team
- Key Account Managers
- Bodybuilders
These relationships are critical to delivering exceptional service for our fleet customers.
Responsibilities
Your role ensures the complete journey from order to delivery runs smoothly, meeting customer expectations every time. Key responsibilities include:
- End-to-end coordination: Own the entire process—from ordering to on-time delivery—as per specifications
- Spec validation: Liaise with Key Account Managers and the Technical Department to confirm vehicle accuracy
- Challenge resolution: Proactively identify and resolve deliverables challenges to maintain schedules
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to tender conditions, delivery agreements, legal requirements, and company policies
- Delivery scheduling: Monitor factory and bodybuilder schedules, addressing deviations to meet commitments
- Supply chain management: Track supplier and customer payments, optimising cash flow and risk mitigation
- Continuous improvement: Suggest and implement process enhancements for efficiency and quality
