The Role
The Fleet & Indirect Sourcing Administrator is responsible to support associates at all levels and maintain to a high standard, accurate and up-to-date administration services, for, but not limited to, the responsibilities set out below. The role requires flexibility and willingness to adapt to changes in order to meet the needs of the business.
This position reports to the Fleet & Indirect Sourcing Manager and is part of the Indirect Sourcing Team located in Milton Keynes and will be an on-site role.
In This Role, You Will Have The Opportunity To
- Fleet & Vehicle Management: Manage the administration of company vehicles across EMEA, including fleet records, leasing partner coordination, accident management, and ensuring compliance with duty of care, legal, and company requirements.
- HR & Financial Administration Support: Support HR processes related to company car taxation and provide accurate administration of goods receipts and invoice verification to ensure timely and compliant payments.
- Cross-Functional Operational Support: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, participate in fleet management reviews, provide support across EMEA countries, and offer flexible backup support to meet the needs of the Global Indirect Sourcing team.

The Essential Requirements Of The Job Include
- Fluent in English. Any other language is a benefit.
- Required vocational training/apprenticeship
- Required High school diploma or A-Levels.
- Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in organizational/commercial tasks.
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements: if applicable for role
- Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
- Administration & Fleet Management
