Fleet Intelligence Analyst

Where passion meets opportunity

The best of your adventures is the one you have yet to sail!

Your Purpose

The global security environment is increasingly volatile, complex, and unpredictable, presenting a dynamic and expanding range of risks to the cruise sector and wider maritime industry. In parallel with the rapid growth of our MSC Cruises and Explora Journeys fleets, our senior leadership requires timely, accurate, and actionable intelligence for agile and effective risk-based decision-making to ensure the highest standards of protection for our guests, people, and assets, around the world.

For MSC Cruises and Explora Journeys, this function is delivered by the Fleet Intelligence Team, within the Security Department of MSC Cruises Cruise Management (UK). Operating in a dynamic environment, the Fleet Intelligence Analyst is part of a team that delivers critical intelligence on security, geopolitical, and operational risks, driving informed decision-making and situational awareness across the Fleets and wider Company.

Reporting to the Head of Intelligence, and under the day-to-day supervision of the Associate Manager Intelligence & Data Analysis, the Fleet Intelligence Analyst plays a key role in the production and dissemination of intelligence products for a growing, diverse and global stakeholder base.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
