YOUR ROLE AT SIXT:
- Responsible for overseeing the daily fleet check and key management processes, ensuring complete accountability of all vehicles and keys through comprehensive daily analysis
- You will manage the complete infleet/defleet process and coordinate daily vehicle movements to ensure all bookings are covered and vehicles are positioned optimally
- You will collaborate with pricing and yield teams to maximize revenue through strategic fleet positioning while analyzing turnaround data to drive operational efficiencies
- Managing and developing your entire fleet team, providing coaching, support, and comprehensive training to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Building and maintaining premium relationships with suppliers to reduce out-of-service vehicles while managing outsourced labor within budget parameters
- You will work toward ambitious branch and personal targets while ensuring turnaround areas maintain audit-ready conditions and compliance standards
YOUR SKILLS MATTER
- Leadership Experience: You have minimum 1+ years of supervisory responsibilities with proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams in fast-paced environments
- Analytical Excellence: You possess strong analytical capabilities with the ability to extract, analyze, and interpret data to drive cost efficiencies and process improvements
- Operational Mindset: You have a process optimization focus with proven ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional service standards
- Stakeholder Collaboration: You excel in building productive relationships across all levels of the organization, from team members to senior leadership and external suppliers
- Results-Driven Performance: You demonstrate commitment to achieving targets while coaching talent growth and maintaining premium relationships with all stakeholders
