Fleet Manager at SIXT

YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
- Oversee daily fleet checks and key management processes, ensuring complete accountability of all vehicles and keys through comprehensive daily analysis
- Manage the in-fleet/de-fleet process and coordinate daily vehicle movements to guarantee all bookings are accommodated and vehicles are positioned optimally
- Collaborate with pricing and yield teams to maximise revenue via strategic fleet positioning while analysing turnaround data to drive operational efficiencies
- Manage and develop your entire fleet team, offering coaching, support, and comprehensive training to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Build and maintain premium supplier relationships to reduce out-of-service vehicles, while managing outsourced labour within budget
- Work towards ambitious branch and personal targets, ensuring turnaround areas maintain audit-ready conditions and compliance standards
