Fleet Sales / Contract Hire & Leasing Manager

Do you have a CAR FLEET sales background? If you do this role is lovely and suits someone who has a consultative, relationship-led B2B sales technique (it is not suitable for anyone looking for a high-pressure sales). In this position you will work autonomously and cover South England, meet customers (large businesses or leasing companies) & persuade them to buy this brand of passenger vehicle rather than buying from competitor brands. You are not selling one car at a time. You are trying to win deals where companies may order hundreds of vehicles through leasing companies, or as their company cars. The role is all about growing the business by finding new B2B customers and looking after existing ones and no two weeks will be the same!

Salary: £52k + 15% bonus (£7,800) + £1,800 in incentive payments per month + other benefits (cash value of package is circa £81,400 + car etc)

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
