We are currently looking for a Fleet Sales Support Administrator to join our friendly and passionate team at Matford Way, Exeter.
Responsibilities
- Supporting customer accounts orders with updates, availabilities and quotations
- Liaising with the PDI department to ensure vehicle handovers and deliveries are arranged in a cost effective manner
- Maintaining Salesdoc with relevant information in a timely manner
- Building orders in the system Drive, as required to match quotes and POs.
- Issuing POs and adding costs for accessories
- Adding or checking manufacturers bonuses to vehicles if required
- Setting-up stock books for direct sales as necessary
- Processing new vehicle stock orders and contracting of sold orders
- Printing and scanning of manufacturers paperwork as required.
- Creating vehicle deal envelopes for part exchanges and ensure they are fully completed and disposed of via auction in a timely manner
- Processing invoices and crediting notes against stockbooks
- Providing assistance to sales staff and manufacturers as required
- Ensuring CRM records are correctly created and maintained as required
- Providing cover as necessary for other members of the department including at remote sites

What we're looking for
- Proactive, driven, and able to organise your own work schedule
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and colleagues
- Ability to work accurately and ensure the correctness of documentation
- Proficient in administrative and clerical functions
- A desire to succeed with confidence in your own ability
- Familiarity with fleet management and leasing processes is desirable
