We’re looking for a Sales Support Manager to lead and develop the sales support and administration function across our Group Fleet and Public Sector operation. This is a full time permanent role offering £35,000 basic salary £40,000 OTE plus company benefits.
This is a key role within the business, responsible for ensuring smooth, compliant and customer-focused administration across high-volume fleet, broker and public sector channels – supporting both operational performance and an excellent customer experience.
About The Role
As Sales Support Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end sales support process, managing people, systems and workflows to ensure accuracy, efficiency and service excellence.
You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders, leasing companies, brokers and internal teams, ensuring processes are followed, SLAs are met and reporting is clear and reliable. You’ll also take an active role in improving systems, controls and customer journeys.
Two Team Leaders will report into this role, so proven people management and coaching experience is essential.

- Lead and manage the sales support and administration function for Group Fleet & Public Sector
- Oversee order processing, stock management, deliveries, taxing and invoicing instructions
- Manage customer communications and resolve service or delivery issues quickly and cost-effectively
- Ensure the system is maintained accurately to support MI, forecasting, accruals and reporting
- Support the GM with target management, performance reporting and brand calls
- Manage and develop Team Leaders and their teams, including workload planning and holiday cover
- Maintain strong relationships with lease companies, brokers and public sector partners
- Ensure compliance with internal processes, SLAs and quality standards at all times
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience within a Fleet environment is essential (Group Fleet, leasing, broker or public sector). Candidates must demonstrate clear understanding of Fleet processes, systems and SLAs.
- Experience leading or supervising a Fleet-based team, or currently operating as a senior Fleet professional ready to step into a leadership role.
- Strong operational knowledge across Fleet order processing, invoicing, stock, deliveries and administration workflows.
- Confident using systems and IT
- Calm, organised and resilient under pressure
