Key Responsibilities
The Fleet Solutions Supervisor will be a hands-on leader, managing all areas of administration, driver support, and supplier relationships with MGSPFS preferred suppliers. In the absence of the Fleet Manager, this role will include:
- Overseeing the management of M Group Services fleet team
- Ordering and delivering new company vehicles
- Handling defleet processes (retiring vehicles)
- Managing fuel cards, congestion charging, and Dart Crossing permits
- Operating and accurately reporting on the mileage capture system
- Co-ordinating short/medium-term car hire solutions
- Maximising fleet utilisation and financial performance
- Ensuring efficient input and management of fleet management & hire systems
- Conducting driving licence checks
- Addressing general fleet-related needs across M Group Services family of companies

Travel will be required to assist in mobilisations and supply chain operations.
Training and mentoring the Fleet team will be core to this role.
The Fleet Solutions department must meet strict financial targets through improved supplier management and vehicle utilisation.
Key Skills & Experience
Must have:
- Supervisory experience (leading one or more team members)
- Strong people skills with ability to engage professionally with all drivers and colleagues
- Exceptional customer service orientation (driven by efficiency, reliability, and problem-solving)
- Superior organisation & multitasking skills (balancing multiple, concurrent tasks)
- Dedication & determination to complete tasks accurately and on time, even under pressure
- Proficiency in IT systems and spreadsheets (Excel) with enthusiasm for learning new software
- Commitment to quality control—both individually and as a team leader

Ideal experience:
- 2+ years in vehicle fleet administration, ideally as a supervisor
- Experience in large fleets, leasing, or hire companies
- Advantageous: Association of Fleet Professionals (AFP) qualification or training
