Flex Force Care Assistant
Flexible Care Assistant – Flex Force Team | HC-One (Glasgow)
About The Role
At HC-One, we’re seeking enthusiastic and committed Care Assistants to join our Flex Force team.
Looking to earn extra income while gaining valuable care sector experience? Flex Force is the perfect solution. You’ll enjoy contract-based hours, guaranteed monthly pay, and the flexibility to choose shifts that fit around your lifestyle, family, and other commitments.
Shifts are available across care homes in the Glasgow area, offering variety and the ability to shape your own working week. Your role will involve traveling between multiple homes, whether days, nights, or weekends—so adaptability is a must.
Homes include:
- Altham Court, LN6 7SP
- Willow Court, LN3 4JW
Key Responsibilities
As a Flexible Care Assistant, your core focus will be on delivering empathetic, high-quality care with compassion at its heart. Your duties may include:
- Supporting residents with personal care activities, such as washing, hygiene, dressing, and meal assistance
- Assisting residents with limited mobility—enabling independence where possible
- Ensuring residents' wellbeing, both during care sessions and off-site activities

Placing a strong focus on safeguarding, you’ll:
- Recognise signs of abuse, harm, or neglect
