Flex Market Advisor – JLL

About the Role

As a Flex Market Advisor at JLL, you’ll drive one of our fastest-growing business lines, proactively identifying and securing new clients while guiding businesses through flexible workspace solutions. This commercially focused, business development-led role requires full ownership of the sales cycle—from prospecting through deal closure—combining entrepreneurial drive with strategic market insights.

You’ll source opportunities via LinkedIn outreach, cold calling, and targeted email campaigns, conduct comprehensive market searches, and coordinate property viewings. Collaborating with global teams, you’ll deliver tailored flexible workspace solutions, building long-term client relationships. Your success will be measured by new business growth, client retention, and creating value in an evolving workspace sector.

What Your Day-to-Day Involves

  • Prospect and qualify leads through cold outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, targeted email campaigns, and phone calls.
  • Own and manage the entire sales cycle—from froid cold contact to deal closure—demonstrating commercial acumen and consultative selling skills.
  • Conduct research and deliver reports, identifying the best flexible workspace solutions that meet client requirements and budgets.
  • Coordinate projects end-to-end with agency and corporate teams, ensuring seamless client journeys.
  • Organise and lead property viewings, optimising schedules to maximise client engagement.
  • Represent the Flex team internally and externally, articulating client needs and market insights to drive decision-making and secure deals.
  • Develop and maintain a high-performing sales pipeline, tracking performance and exceeding targets.
  • Build relationships with flexible workspace providers, ensuring exclusive partnerships and advantage for clients.
  • Conduct market research on landlords, operators, and industry trends, staying ahead of competitive intelligence.
  • Support marketing initiatives, creating persuasive materials that showcase JLL’s flexible workspace capabilities.

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

  • Generate new business through proactive outreach and consultative engagement.
  • Develop and execute sophisticated prospecting campaigns (LinkedIn, cold calls, email).
  • Negotiate and close deals while maintaining client satisfaction and trust.
  • Track and analyse market data, converting insights into winner strategies.
  • Ensure CRM systems are optimised for pipeline management and sales reporting.
  • Align solution offerings with evolving commercial real estate demands.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven sales experience, with a track record of new business generation, meeting targets, and deal closure.
  • Commercial mindset, confident in cold outreach (LinkedIn, phone, email) and negotiations.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and entrepreneurially driven—prepared to own a client portfolio.
  • Fluent written and verbal communication, excelling in client presentations and stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong organisation and project management, capable of multitasking and prioritising priorities.
  • Analytical with attention to detail, translating market data into actionable strategies and proposals.
  • ** Microsoft Office proficiency**, especially Excel (pipeline tracking) and PowerPoint (presentations).
  • Professionalism and interpersonal credibility—trusted by prospects, clients, and partners.

Preferred Qualifications

  • B2B sales or business development experience, ideally in:
    • Recruitment
    • Fit-out services
    • Professional services
    • Property-related industries
  • Knowledge of commercial real estate, flexible workspaces, or property management (London market familiarity a plus).
  • Built professional network, with the ability to leverage contacts into real estate opportunities.
  • Nine experience with social selling (LinkedIn outreach) and CRM tools for pipeline management.
  • Track record of exceeding sales targets without compromising client relationships.
