Flexi Area Nursery Support Practitioner Stoke On Trent

Remarkable Futures Start Here Nursery: Meir Park, Leek, Acorns, ST10 4JJ Location: Stoke On Trent Hours: Full Time, 40 hours per week Monday – Friday Salary: £16.00 per hour Are you looking for a unique Nursery Practitioner job? In this role you’ll work across multiple Nurseries, gaining knowledge and experience in each setting, to further develop your childcare career. Storal’s Purpose Is to give children healthy foundations in fantastic settings, helping them build the confidence and resilience that will set them up for success later in life. The Team You’ll be joining Mandy’s team of area support Nursery Practitioners, Mandy has 35 years of experience in childcare having working in several roles including Nursery Manager and Area Manager. Our Nursery Support Team is in the North East and will cover the following nurseries, Acorns (ST10 4JJ), Meir Park (ST3 7TW) and Leek (ST13 6NE). We have a wide variety of remarkable nurseries where our experienced and passionate team brings a wealth of early years expertise. We know that every child is unique, with their own story to tell, so we tailor our approach to suit each child’s pace, personality, and interests ensuring they feel supported, seen, and celebrated. How you’ll spend your time here In this role, you will work closely with Mandy and the Nursery Managers to provide day-to-day cover and support where it is needed most. Flexibility is key, as your schedule may vary week to week. You’ll plan activities, observe progress and manage personal care for children. Applying the Storal curriculum & our pedagogy principles to our children daily. Whilst seeking out learning opportunities in everyday routines such as mealtimes & transitions. Bonding with your children and their families by engaging in meaningful moments. We’d love to talk to you if you have the following · An Early Years qualification at Level 3 · Experience of working with all age groups within Early Years settings · Knowledge of the EYFS framework would be advantageous · Have a full clean UK driving licence and access to a car · Be willing to travel within the Winchester area The Environment Our nurseries are warm and nurturing environments that not only support children to be ready for school but also equip them with all the life skills they need to flourish and succeed.
