With flexibility, energy, and dedication, you’ll help our nurseries thriving and ensure every child receives the best possible early education—all while adapting to diverse and dynamic shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Cover nursery needs with flexibility, adapting start and end times as required.
- Lead our ‘learning through play’ ethos and implement the N Curriculum with care and enthusiasm.
- Follow nursery routines—managing smooth transitions from mealtimes to naps and playtimes.
- Build trusting, professional relationships with parents.
- Promote child welfare and uphold strict safeguarding procedures.

Requirements
- Experience: Past work with children in education settings (e.g., nursery practitioner, practitioner nurse, apprentice, or early years educator).
- Training: Safeguarding/child protection training is desirable; commitment to updating annually.
- Mindset: Genuine passion for education and transforming young lives.
- Atitude: Positive outlook, drive, and a can-do mentality—problem-solving with a solutions-focused approach.
- Customer service: A natural ability to connect and engage with parents and children.
