As a Flexi Educator, you’ll:

Key Responsibilities
- Cover nursery shifts flexibly, adjusting start/end times as needed.
- Champion our ‘learning through play’ ethos and deliver the N Curriculum with passion.
- Follow daily routines, ensuring smooth transitions from meals, naps, and play.
- Build trusting relationships with parents and families.
- Prioritise child welfare and uphold strict safeguarding procedures.

Requirements
Essential
- Previous childcare experience in an early-years setting (e.g., nursery practitioner, nursery nurse, apprentice, or early years educator).
- A strong passion for education and changing young lives.
- Positive, optimistic mindset with confidence and adaptability.
Desirable
- Recent safeguarding/child protection training (with a commitment to renewing it regularly).
- Customer service skills with solutions-focused problem-solving.
Ideal Traits
- ‘Can-do’ attitude—driven, motivated, always ready to contribute.
- A love for fostering child development through play and creativity.
