Your Core Responsibilities
- Flexible Coverage: Take on roles that adapt to our nursery’s needs, with varied start/end times.
- Learning Through Play: Lead our N Family Club Curriculum and play-based learning ethos with passion and creativity.
- Daily Operations: Follow structured routines (mealtimes, naps, playtimes) and ensure smooth flow.
- Parent Partnerships: Build trusting relationships with parents – be both supportive and transparent.
- Child Welfare & Safeguarding: Always act with child safety as a priority; uphold safeguarding protocols rigorously.
- Educator Ambassadors: Bring energy, enthusiasm, and solutions to every day – making challenges motivators rather than obstacles.

Requirements
Esential
- Previous experience (at least apprentice or level 3+) in nursery education or childcare.
- A firm foundation in safeguarding, with a commitment to ongoing training updates.
Highly Valued
- Relevant safeguarding training already certified (desirable).
- Genuine passion for storying education and shaping young futures.
- Motivation & adaptability –> the joy of a “glass-half-full” mindset.
Additional attributes we’d love to see:

- Customer care focus – (useful when dealing with vital family relationships).
