Flexible Bank Support Coordinator
Pay: £14.06 per hour, we pay £50 per sleep in shift and offer great benefits
Casual / Flexible Work, hours to suit you
Location: North-East Cornwall - Based in either Bude or Launceston and covering services or Outreach in the surrounding areas

What you’ll do
- Lead support planning and coordinate our Support Workers to deliver person-centred support
- Balance support, safeguarding, admin, and meetings while guiding colleagues and managing caseloads
- Support Customers with daily tasks like budgeting, cooking, and attending appointments
- Work with multi-agency teams to safeguard and empower our customers
- Help customers build independence and prepare for their move-on into the community

You have
- Flexibility to work at short notice, as you’ll be the one picking your next shift
- Confidence to work in different services, locations, or teams and get on with colleagues
- Passion and experience in supporting others, ideally in a supported housing setting
- Previous experience of working with support plans, recording, and using information concisely and effectively
- The ability to work under your own initiative, remain calm under pressure, and have a resilient approach
Role could be worked in any of our residential services in North/East Cornwall or within our Outreach Floating support as and when required. When on the flexi bank, the choice really is yours!

The practical bits
- Depending on which service you agree to work in will depend what hours you work. This could be Mon-Fri (9-5) or weekend or evening shifts (whichever suits you as we have a variety of different services)
- To work flexibly across North/East Cornwall in residential (Homeless, ASC) or Outreach Services. This could be in Bude, Launceston, Saltash, or Outreach covering the surrounding areas
- Office base location can be discussed/finalised at Interview (Multiple positions available based in Bude and Launceston). Mileage will be paid from base location for any travel within work time

- An Enhanced with barring list (we pay)
- A vehicle insured for business use (and a license!), we’ll pay for any business mileage
