What you’ll do

  • Assist customers with their daily living tasks to develop their independence, achieve their goals aspirations and outcomes documented in their support plans
  • Support vulnerable customers in a variety of services
  • Support Customers with daily tasks like budgeting, cooking, and attending appointments
  • Carry out risk assessments, support planning, goal setting, and regular reviews
  • Help customers build independence and prepare for their move-on into the community

You have

  • Flexibility to work at short notice, as you’ll be the one picking your next shift

The practical bits

  • You’ll work a rotating shift pattern, Monday to Sunday, between 07:45–15:45 and 12:15–20:15.
  • While there is a set rota, you’ll have the autonomy to manage your own diary and workload effectively within your working hours.
  • Although much of the role can involve lone working, we come together regularly during the daytime for training sessions, team meetings, and collaboration opportunities.
  • An Enhanced DBS check with Barred Lists is required for this role, which we will arrange and pay for.
  • You’ll need a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle insured for business use. Any business mileage incurred will be reimbursed in line with our mileage policy.
