What you’ll do
- Assist customers with their daily living tasks to develop their independence, achieve their goals aspirations and outcomes documented in their support plans
- Support vulnerable customers in a variety of services
- Support Customers with daily tasks like budgeting, cooking, and attending appointments
- Carry out risk assessments, support planning, goal setting, and regular reviews
- Help customers build independence and prepare for their move-on into the community

You have
- Flexibility to work at short notice, as you’ll be the one picking your next shift
- Confidence to work in different services, locations, or teams and get on with colleagues
- Passion and experience in supporting others, ideally in a supported housing setting
- Experience of caring for others – professionally or personally
- Calm, confident decision-making even under pressure

The practical bits
- You’ll work a rotating shift pattern, Monday to Sunday, between 07:45–15:45 and 12:15–20:15.
- While there is a set rota, you’ll have the autonomy to manage your own diary and workload effectively within your working hours.
- Although much of the role can involve lone working, we come together regularly during the daytime for training sessions, team meetings, and collaboration opportunities.
- An Enhanced DBS check with Barred Lists is required for this role, which we will arrange and pay for.
- You’ll need a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle insured for business use. Any business mileage incurred will be reimbursed in line with our mileage policy.
