The Chancery Rosewood is redefining luxury in Mayfair, housed in the former U.S. Embassy and reimagined by Sir David Chipperfield. With 144 suites by Joseph Dirand and a collection of dynamic dining and bar spaces, it’s a place where experiences are curated, conversations flow, and every detail matters.

As a Flexible Bartender - Eagle Bar

You will play a key role in delivering exceptional beverage experiences within one of the hotel's vibrant social destinations. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a luxury hospitality environment, creating memorable guest experiences through outstanding service, expert product knowledge, and genuine hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to the highest standards.
  • Provide friendly, engaging, and professional service to guests throughout their experience.
  • Demonstrate strong product knowledge and confidently recommend beverages based on guest preferences.
  • Work closely with bar, restaurant, and kitchen teams to ensure smooth and efficient service.
  • Maintain the cleanliness, organisation, and presentation of the bar and service areas.
  • Monitor stock levels and ensure bar equipment and supplies are ready for service.
  • Handle guest enquiries and feedback professionally, resolving issues or escalating when appropriate.
  • Adhere to licensing regulations, cash handling procedures, and health and safety standards at all times.

About You

  • Previous bartending experience within a hotel, restaurant, bar, or fast-paced hospitality environment.
  • Passion for beverages, service excellence, and creating memorable guest experiences.
  • Confident preparing classic cocktails and serving a variety of drinks in a busy environment.
  • Flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • A positive team player who enjoys creating memorable experiences for guests.
