Flexible / Casual / Zero-hours (self-scheduled shifts)

Job Description

We are seeking reliable and enthusiastic Catering, Hospitality & Events Assistants to join our flexible workforce. This role is ideal for individuals looking to work around their own schedule, with the freedom to select shifts that suit their availability across a variety of contract catering locations and events.

You will support the delivery of high-quality food service and customer experience across corporate sites, events, and hospitality functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with food preparation, service, and presentation
  • Provide excellent customer service in a variety of settings (e.g. corporate dining, hospitality suites, events)
  • Set up and clear down service areas, meeting rooms, and event spaces
  • Serve food and beverages, including plated service, buffets, and refreshments
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in line with food safety regulations
  • Support kitchen and front-of-house teams as required
  • Handle basic customer queries professionally and efficiently
  • Adapt quickly to different venues, teams, and service styles

Qualifications
