The Chancery Rosewood

The Chancery Rosewood is redefining luxury in Mayfair, housed in the former U.S. Embassy and reimagined by Sir David Chipperfield. With 144 suites by Joseph Dirand and a collection of dynamic dining and bar spaces, it’s a place where experiences are curated, conversations flow, and every detail matters.

As a Flexible Host – Eagle Bar

You will be the first point of contact for guests visiting one of the hotel's vibrant bar destinations. You will create a warm and memorable first impression, ensuring every guest receives a seamless welcome while supporting the smooth flow of the outlet. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a luxury hospitality environment where genuine connections and exceptional service are at the heart of every experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests warmly and create a positive first impression upon arrival.
  • Manage guest reservations, seating arrangements, and waiting lists efficiently.
  • Escort guests to their tables and provide information about the venue, menus, and offerings.
  • Maintain an organised and accurate reservation system while communicating effectively with the service team.
  • Anticipate guest needs and deliver personalised service that reflects Rosewood's standards of hospitality.
  • Handle guest enquiries and feedback professionally, resolving issues or escalating when appropriate.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
