Are you detail-oriented, reliable, and passionate about creating an unforgettable guest experience? We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our growing hospitality team!
We are currently seeking Housekeeping Assistants and Food & Beverage (F&B) Attendants. We are particularly keen to hear from individuals looking for extra hours over weekends and evenings, though all availability and hour preferences will be considered. Whether you want to focus on one area or cross-train for maximum hours, we have a place for you!
What You’ll Be Doing
Main Responsibilities: Housekeeping Assistant
- Maintain Standards: Complete the daily cleaning and servicing of guest bedrooms, luxury cottages, and front-of-house areas to ensure impeccable cleanliness and presentation.
- Laundry Support: Assist our busy laundry department with cleaning, pressing, and folding linen.
- Turn-Down & Prep: Deliver fresh linen to rooms, assist with stripping beds, and efficiently manage rubbish and recycling disposal.
- Stock Control: Ensure all guest areas and housekeeping closets are well-stocked with the necessary supplies and equipment.
- Safety First: Maintain a safe, tidy, and organized workspace at all times.

Main Responsibilities: F&B Attendant
- Guest Experience: Show true passion for delivering exceptional food quality and customer service.
- Hospitality Flair: Seamlessly balance your unique personality and character with excellent professionalism.
- Service Delivery: Take accurate orders, deliver food and drinks to tables efficiently, and clear/relay tables to keep the restaurant looking pristine.
- Customer Care: Check back with guests to ensure they are enjoying their experience, and confidently handle any queries or complaints to a satisfactory resolution.
- Growth: Bring strong communication skills and an openness to development opportunities, such as professional Barista training.
