Shift Options & Pay
Our two core shift patterns allow flexibility with a time-dependent premium:
- Early Shift: 07:00 am – 03:30 pm | Base rate: £12.71/hour
- Late Shift: 03:15 pm – 11:45 pm | Premium rate applies (£13.98/hour) for all hours post 6:00 pm
The Role: Day-to-Day Responsibilities
As a Production Operative, you’ll play a critical role in maintaining consistency and quality:
- Precision Processing: Accurately blend, measure, and weigh spices for flawless batches.
- Efficient Packaging: Meet tight deadlines while ensuring products meet rigorous packaging standards.
- Uphold Safety & Standards: Keep the facility spotless and compliant, adhering to food safety regulations.
