About the Role
Partou Chiltern Avenue Day Nursery is seeking a Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualified nursery practitioner to fill the role of Flexible Qualified Nursery Practitioner.
You will:
- Create stimulating activities to support children’s learning and development aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
- Provide exceptional, compassionate and caring support to children
- Maintain a safe, nurturing and inclusive environment
- Build strong partnerships with team members and families
Everyday Responsibilities
- Working flexibly according to the nursery’s needs
- Supporting the learning, care and progress of young children
- Ensuring health, safety, wellbeing and safeguarding
- Leading or adapting activities for children aged 0-5
- Maintaining gearing with the EYFS framework and developmental goals

About You
- Minimum qualification: Level 2/3 in Early Years
- In-depth knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum
- Dedication to early years education
- Assurance in nurturing each child’s learning journey
- Strong commitment to safeguarding requirements and ongoing development
