About the Role
As a Primary Supply Teacher, you will:
- Step into classrooms across EYFS, KS1, and KS2 to ensure pupils receive engaging, high-quality learning during staff absences.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver pre-prepared lessons across primary year groups
- Create a positive, engaging, and well-managed classroom environment
- Maintain pupil focus and motivation throughout the day
- Manage behaviour effectively (in line with each school’s policies)
- Provide clear feedback to teaching staff post-assignment
- Build positive relationships with pupils and school staff
- Adapt quickly to new classroom environments and routines
- Follow safeguarding and school procedures at all times

About You
This opportunity suits experienced Primary Teachers who:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Have taught in UK primary schools previously
- Are confident working across different year groups
- Adapt quickly to new settings
- Have strong classroom and behaviour management skills
- Are reliable, organised, and professional
- Hold an Enhanced DBS (in the Update Service) or are willing to obtain one
