Supply Teacher - Primary & Secondary Schools | Hayes | Immediate Start

Location: Hayes, West London

Start Date: Immediate & Ongoing Opportunities

Salary: From £160 per day PAYE

About The Position

You'll play an important role in ensuring pupils continue to receive high-quality teaching whenever schools need additional support.

Typical Responsibilities Include

  • Delivering lessons that keep pupils engaged and learning throughout the school day.
  • Following lesson plans provided by the school and adapting where appropriate.
  • Creating a calm, respectful and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Managing behaviour confidently using each school's policies and expectations.
  • Encouraging pupils to participate, ask questions and achieve their best.
  • Working professionally with teaching assistants, school leaders and wider staff teams.
  • Providing clear handover notes at the end of each placement.

Who Should Apply?

We're looking for qualified teachers who enjoy working in different environments and can quickly establish positive relationships with pupils and colleagues.

Applicants Should Have

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
  • Experience teaching within UK primary or secondary schools.
  • Strong classroom management skills and confidence leading lessons independently.
  • Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
  • A flexible, reliable and professional approach to teaching.
  • A genuine commitment to maintaining high standards of education.
  • An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.
