Prebook Recruitment is currently recruiting qualified Supply Teachers to support a network of primary and secondary schools throughout Greenford. Schools are looking for dependable, engaging teachers who can step into the classroom, deliver high-quality lessons and provide continuity for pupils whenever cover is required.
Whether you're an experienced teacher looking to reduce your workload, an ECT keen to broaden your classroom experience, or a teacher returning after a career break, flexible supply teaching offers an excellent way to continue doing what you love while maintaining control of your schedule.
What You'll Be Doing
Every placement is different, giving you the opportunity to experience a variety of schools, teaching environments and age groups.
Your Role May Include
- Delivering lessons across a range of subjects using school-provided plans.
- Creating a calm and productive learning environment from the moment pupils enter the classroom.
- Adapting quickly to different schools, year groups and classroom routines.
- Encouraging positive behaviour and maintaining high standards throughout the day.
- Supporting pupils to remain motivated and engaged with their learning.
- Leaving clear handover notes for the returning class teacher.
- Building positive relationships with staff and pupils during each assignment.

Who We're Looking For
We're interested in hearing from teachers who can demonstrate:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
- Experience teaching in UK primary or secondary schools.
- Confidence managing classrooms independently.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Reliability, professionalism and a flexible approach.
- A genuine enthusiasm for education and supporting young people to achieve their potential.
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.
