About the Role
Our client, a leading educational institution in Hayes, Greater London, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced full-time Flexible Supply Teacher to join their dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for an exceptional educator who is looking for a rewarding and flexible role within a supportive and collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
As a full-time flexible supply teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality lessons across a range of subjects and age groups, ensuring that each student receives the individualised attention and support they need to thrive. Your role will involve working closely with the school's leadership team, subject coordinators, and other teaching staff to develop and implement engaging and effective lesson plans that align with the national curriculum.

Requirements
- Teaching qualification, such as a PGCE or equivalent
- Proven track record of success in the classroom
- Deep understanding of the diverse learning needs of students
- Ability to adapt teaching strategies to suit individual requirements
- Strong communication skills
- Passion for education
- Commitment to continuous professional development
