About The Role
As a Primary Supply Teacher, you'll step into classrooms across EYFS, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2, delivering engaging lessons that ensure learning continues seamlessly during staff absences.

Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Delivering high-quality lessons using pre-prepared plans
- Creating a positive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment
- Managing classroom behaviour confidently and effectively
- Adapting quickly to new schools, classes, and teaching environments
- Supporting pupils' learning while maintaining high expectations
- Providing clear feedback to teaching staff at the end of each assignment
- Following each school's safeguarding, behaviour, and classroom procedures
- Acting as a positive role model for pupils at all times
Who We're Looking For
This Role Would Suit Teachers Who
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Have recent experience teaching within UK primary schools
- Are confident teaching across different primary age groups
- Have excellent classroom management and communication skills
- Can adapt quickly to new environments and routines
- Are professional, reliable, and enthusiastic
- Hold an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or are willing to obtain one
