Flexible Waiter – Eagle Bar
As a Flexible Waiter – Eagle Bar, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional guest experience within one of the hotel's vibrant bar outlets. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a luxury hospitality environment, providing attentive and engaging service while creating memorable moments for every guest.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and efficient food and beverage service to guests throughout their visit.
- Welcome guests warmly, take orders accurately, and confidently recommend beverages and menu items.
- Work closely with bar and kitchen teams to ensure smooth and timely service.
- Anticipate guest needs and deliver a personalized experience that reflects Rosewood's standards of hospitality.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of tables, seating areas, and service stations.
- Handle guest enquiries and feedback professionally, resolving issues or escalating when appropriate.

About You
- Previous experience in a bar, restaurant, or fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Confident working in a busy service setting while maintaining attention to detail.
- Passion for delivering exceptional guest service with a keen eye for detail.
- Confident working independently while maintaining high standards and professionalism.
- Flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- A positive team player who enjoys creating memorable experiences for guests.
