Rotating Shifts: 6:00am–2:00pm / 2:00pm–10:00pm

Are you an experienced Flexographic Printer looking for your next opportunity? Our client, a well-established and reputable business based in Tamworth, is seeking a skilled professional to join their production team with the potential to secure a permanent role. The Role
You will be responsible for:
- Setting up and operating flexographic printing machinery
- Producing high-quality printed materials to customer specifications
- Mixing and managing inks accurately
- Conducting quality checks throughout production
- Adjusting machine settings to maintain print quality
- Completing production documentation
- Following Health & Safety procedures at all times
- Maintaining a clean and organised working environment

What We're Looking For
- Previous experience operating a flexographic printing press
- Strong knowledge of print processes and machinery
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
- Manufacturing or packaging industry experience is desirable
Shift Pattern
Weekly rotating shifts:
- 6:00am – 2:00pm
- 2:00pm – 10:00pm
