Role Description

The Flight Booking and UK Real Estate Officer is a full-time, remote/Hybrid. This position manages end-to-end flight booking processes, including researching options, comparing prices, coordinating itineraries, and ensuring accurate documentation for clients and internal stakeholders. The officer also supports UK real estate activities by coordinating property viewings, maintaining property records, assisting with lease documentation, and liaising with agents, landlords, and tenants. Day-to-day tasks include handling inquiries, updating systems and spreadsheets, monitoring deadlines and renewals, and ensuring all travel and property-related activities comply with relevant policies and regulations.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge and practical experience in Real Estate and Commercial Real Estate in the UK context.
  • Understanding of Property Management and Leases, including documentation, renewals, and tenant/landlord coordination.
  • Basic to intermediate Finance skills related to budgeting, cost comparison, and tracking expenses for travel and property activities.
  • Proficiency in flight booking platforms, travel management tools, and standard office software (e.g., spreadsheets, email, calendars).
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills and the ability to liaise professionally with clients, agents, and partners.
  • Proven experience in administration, coordination, or operations roles; background in travel or real estate support is an advantage.
  • Relevant education or training in business, real estate, administration, or a related field is preferred.
