Flight Dispatch Supervisor / Operations Supervisor
We are seeking a highly capable and driven Flight Dispatch Supervisor / Operations Supervisor to lead our Operations Control function. This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for overseeing real-time flight operations, guiding decision-making, and ensuring every flight is delivered safely, compliantly, and flawlessly.
The Role
As Flight Dispatch Supervisor / Operations Supervisor, you will lead the coordination and oversight of daily flight operations, acting as a central point of control across all operational departments. You will combine technical expertise with leadership capability—driving performance, supporting your team, and ensuring Flexjet’s premium standards are consistently achieved.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate daily flight operations, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient execution across the network
- Lead flight dispatch and operational control activities, including flight planning, crew briefing, routing, and disruption management
- Manage and monitor slots, permits, handling, and regulatory requirements, ensuring timely and accurate execution
- Act as the primary escalation point for complex or high-profile operations, ensuring swift and effective resolution
- Supervise, coach, and develop Operations Controllers and Dispatchers, maintaining high performance and consistency across the team
- Drive real-time decision-making, including re-routing, delays, diversions, and emergency response activation
- Maintain operational oversight, ensuring workload distribution, quality standards, and procedural compliance
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Owner Services, CAMO, Maintenance, and Flight Operations to deliver a seamless customer experience

About You
You are a confident and experienced operational leader, comfortable managing complexity, making critical decisions under pressure, and leading teams in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
Essential
- Experience in an aviation operations environment (Business Aviation strongly preferred)
- Proven experience in flight dispatch and/or operations control, ideally within VIP or long-range operations
- Strong understanding of flight planning, NOTAMs, weather analysis, and global routing
- Working knowledge of EASA regulations, FTL schemes, and operational control procedures
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to remain calm, decisive, and solutions-focused under pressure
- Strong organisational and analytical skills with high attention to detail
- Experience with EROPS / long-range operations

Desirable
- Flight dispatch licence or certification
- Familiarity with aircraft performance and international operations requirements
Working Pattern
- 4 on / 4 off rotation
- 12-hour shifts:
- 06:00 – 18:00
- 12:00 – 00:00
- Flexibility required for weekends, holidays, and operational demands
