- Preparing and reviewing flight plans
- Monitoring aircraft status
- Managing routine and leasing flights with safety and efficiency
Collaboration with instructors, maintenance teams, and administrative staff is essential to: ✔ Ensure aircraft availability ✔ Optimise flight scheduling ✔ Address operational changes or disruptions
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining accurate flight records and system updates
- Communicating with internal/external stakeholders
- Ensuring compliance with operational procedures
- Assisting with operational briefings
- Monitoring weather and aerodrome conditions
- Facilitating process improvements in flight operations
Qualifications & Experience
Candidates should demonstrate strong proficiency in:

- Flight control and flight operations oversight
- Flight planning and scheduling coordination
- Aircraft operations and basic aerospace engineering principles
Preferred experience includes: ✔ Previous roles in aviation operations, dispatch, or flight schools ✔ Familiarity with aviation regulations and safety procedures
Core attributes: ✅ Attention to detail and ** organisational skills** ✅ Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in fast-paced environments ✅ Effective communication with pilots, instructors, and technicians ✅ Proficiency in operational software, digital records, and standard office tools ✅ Comfort working in a high-pressure, team-focused aviation setting
Formal training in aviation or engineering is advantageous but not mandatory.
