Float Executive Assistant
Location: Canary Wharf, Bank Street
Role Type: Contract - 12 months
Work Setup: Hybrid - 4 days in the office

The Role
Our client is a large multinational firm that provides a range of financial services, including advisory, investment, and asset management solutions. It serves a diverse set of clients worldwide, focusing on strategic planning, market operations, and long-term financial growth.
What you'll do
- Provide executive support to senior bankers across the Investment Banking Division, delivering seamless cover during planned and unplanned absences.
- Manage complex, fast-changing diaries, coordinating meetings, conference calls, and video conferences across multiple time zones.
- Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, visas, ground transport, and detailed itineraries.
- Process expenses, invoices, and corporate card claims using Concur, ensuring compliance with company policies and deadlines.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients while maintaining CRM records and supporting team events.
- Collaborate with the Executive Assistant team to provide consistent administrative support, manage handovers, and assist with ad hoc projects.

What you bring
- Previous Executive Assistant experience within Investment Banking or Financial Services, ideally supporting front-office or IBD teams.
- Proven ability to manage complex diaries, extensive travel arrangements, and expense processing using Concur or similar systems.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Confident communicator with the ability to build relationships at all levels while handling confidential information professionally.
- Proactive, adaptable, and collaborative, with a positive attitude and the ability to work independently using sound judgment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, with experience using Zoom, CRM platforms, and online travel booking tools.
