Summer Float Nursery Nurse / Nursery Assistant – Immediate Start!

At Newpark Childcare, we are looking for enthusiastic, caring, and reliable Float Nursery Nurses and Nursery Assistants to support our nurseries across London during our busy summer period. Whether you are looking for part-time or full-time work, a summer opportunity, or a permanent role with long-term career progression, we would love to hear from you.
With 7 Montessori nurseries across London, you will never be too far from one of our settings, giving you flexibility, variety, and the chance to work with amazing teams while making a real difference to children's lives.
Pay Rates
- Level 3 Qualified: £16.30 per hour
- Level 2 Qualified: £15.30 per hour
- Unqualified Nursery Assistant: £14.80 per hour
Flexible Opportunities
- Full-time or part-time hours available
- Summer cover positions available now
- Permanent roles available for the right candidates

What You will Be Doing
As a Float Nursery Nurse, no two days are the same! You will support different nursery teams across our London settings, helping to create fun, engaging, and nurturing environments where children can thrive.

Who We are Looking For
We are looking for people who:
- Have experience working with children under 5
- Hold a relevant Early Years qualification (desirable but not essential)
- Are warm, energetic, and reliable
- Have excellent communication skills
- Can quickly build positive relationships with new teams
- Are passionate about supporting children's development
- Have a flexible approach and can travel between our London settings
- Are committed to safeguarding and promoting children's welfare
