Floating Substructure Package Manager for a major offshore wind project in The UK.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end delivery of the floating substructure package (design through to offshore readiness)
  • Ensure delivery against scope, schedule, cost, and quality targets
  • Develop and maintain the package execution strategy aligned with project delivery model
  • Lead overall planning for fabrication, transport, integration and load-out
  • Lead the substructure engineering scope across FEED finalisation and detailed design
  • Ensure design maturity, constructability, and fabrication readiness
  • Drive optimisation of design for cost, schedule and risk
  • Manage engineering interfaces with moorings, cables, WTG integration and installation
  • Ensure compliance with applicable standards, certification requirements and project specifications
  • Lead development and execution of EPC / EPCI / multi-contract strategy for the substructure package

Qualifications & Experience

  • Degree in Engineering or equivalent technical discipline
  • Significant experience in offshore wind, floating structures, or major offshore EPC projects
  • Proven track record delivering large, complex packages (fabrication + offshore integration)
  • Strong commercial and contract management experience
  • Experience managing multi-disciplinary and international teams
