Flood Risk and Drainage (SuDS) Support Role
We are seeking motivated individuals to support our Flood Risk and Drainage (SuDS) Team in the preparation of technical reports and the continued growth of our client base. The role has the potential to be hybrid/remote for the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Supporting business development, including:
- Preparing project quotations/tenders
- Liaising with clients
- Drafting Flood Risk Assessments (FRAs) and Drainage Strategies
- Reviewing, analysing, and interpreting flood model data
- Producing clear, concise, and technically robust reports
- Preparing mapping and figures to support technical submissions
- Planning and undertaking site investigations

Skills & Abilities
- High standard of technical report writing
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities
- Capability and confidence in direct client engagement
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- A strong and reliable work ethic, with the ability to:
- Work independently
- Manage workload effectively

Experience
- A minimum of 3-5 years of directly relevant experience, including:
- Proficiency in Drainage modelling packages (e.g. Causeway Flow, Microdrainage)
- Experience with AutoCAD
- 1D and 2D hydrological modelling (e.g. HEC-RAS, Flood Modeller)
