Do you want to be part of an award-winning team? We are looking for a Floor Coordinator to join the Rapport team. You will be based in one of our client’s offices near Fenchurch Street. Our client is a services and solutions company within the global insurance market. Join our team of 4 people rotating between two building and three floors.
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Floor Coordinator to join our Guest Services Team. As a Floor Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring that meeting rooms, refreshment areas, and client spaces are consistently well-presented, stocked, and prepared to the highest standard. This role is hands-on, customer-focused, and vital to delivering seamless hospitality support to employees and guests across both buildings.
Type of contract: Part-time, Fixed-term contract until July 2027
Hours: 24 per week (Tuesday-Thursday, on a shift rota basis between 7 AM and 4 PM).
Salary: £20.182 per annum

Main Responsibilities
Prepare meeting rooms with refreshments as required. Delivering fruits and pastries in breakout areas. Set up lunch orders from external suppliers with cutlery, and napkins. Regularly check tea points and meeting rooms throughout the day, replenishing or tidying as needed. Monitor stock levels and place reorders to ensure continuous availability of supplies. Assisting with catering events as needed Support the Guest Services Manager and Receptionist with hospitality-related duties during busy periods.
The ideal candidate will

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively across two buildings. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively within a small team. Flexible and reliable, with a proactive “can-do” attitude. Able to work independently while following clear procedures and service standards. Computer literacy and experience in a customer facing role. Prior experience in a catering or food service role is preferred. The successful candidate will be required to lift heavy packages/items.
