Job Description

We have an amazing opportunity for a new Floor Host to join our team based at the Stratford offices of a Portico client in the financial services industry.

The Floor Host plays a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our clients' meeting room areas and all meetings taking place in the space. This role provides on-the-ground support for colleagues, clients, and visitors by maintaining meeting room readiness, delivering technical assistance with Microsoft Teams and AV systems, and coordinating with the facilities, cleaning, and hospitality teams.

Acting as the main point of contact on the meeting room floors, the Floor Host ensures a professional, welcoming, and seamless experience that reflects the company’s standards of service and operational excellence.

Hours: 40 hours per week, shifts are between 7 am-6 pm from Mon-Fri

Salary: £30, 784 per annum

Qualifications

  • The successful candidate will have immaculate personal presentation with a genuine smile and will easily engage in conversation, naturally developing rapport with others.
  • Experience with audio visual services is desirable, as well as some familiarity with room reservations operations.
  • Experience of a corporate environment is highly desirable.
