We're looking for an experienced Floor Host to join the Rapport family at one of our flagship client locations in the heart of Canary Wharf. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a welcoming team of 17 Rapport Ambassadors who are passionate about delivering outstanding service every single day.

Main Responsibilities

As the first point of contact on the office floors, you'll create a welcoming, professional environment where employees feel supported and can thrive. This varied role combines exceptional customer service with workplace coordination, ensuring the office runs smoothly every day.

Key Responsibilities Include

  • Delivering an outstanding workplace experience for employees and visitors.
  • Managing day-to-day floor operations and responding to workplace enquiries.
  • Conducting floor walks to ensure the workspace is safe, clean, well-stocked and presentation-ready.
  • Monitoring meeting rooms, reporting maintenance issues and coordinating with facilities teams.
  • Supporting office moves, desk bookings, locker allocations and workspace changes.
  • Overseeing refreshments, amenities and general workplace services.
  • Providing administrative support, including scanning, printing and courier services.
  • Gathering employee feedback to help enhance the workplace experience.
  • Supporting an upcoming building move, ensuring a seamless transition.
  • Acting as the evening point of contact until 8pm when required.

The ideal candidate will

  • Have previous experience working as a Floor Host or within a premium workplace or hospitality environment.
  • Naturally delivers exceptional customer service.

  • Is organised, proactive and able to prioritise effectively.
