Floor Housekeeper – Luxury Hotel Opportunity at Bvlgari Hotel London
Bvlgari Hotel London, nestled in Knightsbridge on the edge of Hyde Park, is a defining hub of luxury hospitality in the heart of London. Since its 2012 opening, the hotel has redefined five-star service, blending contemporary elegance with meticulous, personalised care.
We are seeking a Floor Housekeeper to join our Housekeeping Team, playing a pivotal role in maintaining the transcendently high standards of cleanliness, comfort, and presentation that embody the Bvlgari experience.
About the Role
Working in close collaboration with the Executive Housekeeper and Assistant Executive Housekeeper, you will oversee the daily operations of guest rooms and designated housekeeping areas. Your leadership will ensure a Room Attendants and House Porters deliver exceptional service consistency, while fostering their growth and confidence.
Your role requires seamless coordination with Front Office, Engineering, and operational teams to fulfil guest requests efficiently, resolve maintenance challenges, and honour personalised preferences. Attention to detail, pride in impeccable presentation, and a commitment to people development are fundamental to success here.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervising the cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms, corridors, and housekeeping areas
- Enforcing service standards to consistently align with Bvlgari’s brand expectations
- Supporting, training, and motivating housekeeping colleagues through proactive daily leadership
- Liaising with Engineering to ensure timely maintenance, equipment reliability, and operational efficiency
- Managing supplies—linen, amenities, cleaning materials, and equipment—to minimise waste
- Assisting with projects such as guestroom refurbishments or specialised maintenance initiatives
- Ensuring full health and safety compliance, including COSHH, fire safety, and workplace regulations
Requirements
To thrive in this role, you should possess:
- Industry experience in luxury hotels, ideally with supervisory responsibilities
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written) for effective communication
- Strong ability to lead by example and demonstrate organic teamwork
- Heightened organisation and attention to meticulous detail
- Adaptability and a pride in delivering exceptional standards under demanding conditions
- A passion for team development and fostering a collaborative environment
